Delivery

Currently we only ship to the domesticity in the United States, reach out to us at service@imstrong.us if you would like to be added to a mailing list for when we launch internationally 

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but on average is 3-4 business days.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in North Carolina, USA

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

2. Ask your local post office if they have your package

3. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at service@imstrong.us with your order number and we find a solution. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order free of charge domestically. International customers will be charged shipping. 

Please send us an email at service@imstrong.us and we will ship you out a new one free of charge domestically. International customer will be charged shipping costs. 

Orders

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at service@imstrong.us

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at service@imstrong.us within two weeks' time with photos of the product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

We have confidence in our partners and products we design with them. We do although realize that mistakes happen so in keeping with Jax’s spirit to see everyone happy we will gladly return free of additional charges any product domestically. We simply ask that you adhere to the following guidelines to help us manage the business.

We realize that this is a huge risk to the normal operation of a business so we ask kindly that you don’t take advantage of our return and refund policy. We do reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if we feel there is abuse to the policy.

All returns or refunds request must be initiated in two weeks from delivery date, otherwise all sales would be considered final.

Send an email to service@imstrong.us please share a detailed description of the problem, your order number and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you. 

Let us know the size you want to exchange for and we’ll be happy to reship the product for you. Please email us your Order Number at service@imstrong.us and we will take care of it for you.

Refunds

In keeping with Jax’s spirit, yes we will offer refunds for any and all reason.

If you feel you would like to initiate a refund please contact us  at service@imstrong.us please indicate the reason you would like to be refunded and your order number.
